PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI DAERAH JAMUR TIRAM BERBASIS MARKETING MIX 7P

Satu-satunya industri kreatif yang menjanjikan muncul dari Binjai Timur adalah UMKM Jamur Tiram. Setiap pandemi Covid-19 menghambat pertumbuhan volume dan harga penjualan produk di seluruh dunia. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis baik faktor internal maupun eksternal dalam mengembangkan potensi jamur tiram ke depan. Metode digunakan campuran dengan SWOT. Pengumpulan data cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk strategi pengembangan meningkatkan pemasaran daya saing usaha berdasarkan lahan memahami beberapa pengaruh paling signifikan variabel (7P) terhadap wilayah Tunggurono.
